6: 3 Things to Make You Healthier, Wealthier, and Wiser

Heyo! Happy Monday.

In the name of simplicity, I’m (yet again) mixing up the format for the newsletter. Yes, there will be a lot about Web3, crypto, and digital wealth, but I also can’t totally give up my endless love for self-improvement and well-being.

SO, each week I’ll be sending out this newsletter with exactly 3 things:

  • 1 thing to make you healthier
  • 1 thing to make you wealthier
  • 1 thing to make you wiser

All in, it should take less than 2 minutes of your time. I understand you get a lot of emails (don’t we all), and I want to be respectful of that time and give you the most bang for your buck.

My overall goal still stands — to send you an email each week that you actually look forward to.

Something I’ve notoriously struggled with throughout my life. I’m impatient and want the results NOW, but that’s a great way to set yourself up for disappointment. Being impatient with your actions (doing the things you need to do) but being patient with the results is a much better long-term approach to success.
